Job Title:
CNC Machinist

We are pleased to present an outstanding opportunity for a skilled CNC Machinist with a background in manufacturing and engineering.

Main Responsibilities of the CNC Machinist:

  • Proficient in interpreting engineering schematics
  • Capable of setting up and operating machinery with Fanuc controls
  • Confident in machining larger components
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience with CNC controlled lathes
  • Experience in machining hardened materials is essential
  • Completion of an apprenticeship in machining is required
We are seeking a CNC Turner with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Turner

Completion of an apprenticeship in CNC Machining

Compensation Details:


Work hours will follow a 3-shift system (6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 12noon on Friday, 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday and 12noon to 6pm on Friday, and 10pm to 6am Monday to Thursday and 6pm to Midnight on Friday).

The basic working hours are compensated for 37 hours per week.

Salary Information


Starting salary is approximately £36,000 for the 3-shift pattern, with potential increases to £42,000 and eventually £48,000 as key skills are demonstrated.


Overtime Rate:
£21.07, increasing to £21.72 after 3 months

This position requires passing a drugs and alcohol test.
