Job OverviewWe are seeking skilled CNC Millers to join our team in a busy and dynamic workshop environment. As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
Key Responsibilities- Programming and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components
- Setting up and maintaining CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve production targets and deadlines
- Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
- Apprentice-trained or experienced in CNC machining
- Ability to work to tight tolerances and meet customer requirements
- Good working knowledge of writing programs on CNC machines
- Team player with a positive attitude and methodical approach
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Competitive hourly rates of pay up to £26.00/hour
- Overtime paid at x1.5 and x2
- Annual pay reviews
- Permanent position with a 38.5-hour basic working week
- 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
