Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Management Specialist to join our team at Turner and Townsend. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients.

As a Programme Management Professional, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective cost management strategies. Your expertise in cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting will enable you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cost management, with experience in managing large-scale projects and programmes. You will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions to cost management challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to meet client objectives
  • Manage and coordinate cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Provide expert advice on cost management best practices and industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality cost management services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Chartered status in a relevant professional body (e.g. MRICS)
  • Strong background in cost management, with experience in managing large-scale projects and programmes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
