About the Role:

We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Cardiff, United Kingdom. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention rates.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform client strategies.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Client Relations Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (desired).

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £50,000 per annum, with commission and bonus potential. Benefits include pension scheme, health insurance, training opportunities, and flexible working environment.
