Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage leadership skills to drive strategic planning and goal achievement
  • Analyze student performance data to inform curriculum design and improvement initiatives
  • Foster a culture of excellence through quality assurance processes and staff support
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those set by the Office for Students, QAA, and CMA
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in curriculum management within Further Education
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development expertise
  • Strong ability to motivate and support others in achieving shared objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Higher Education provision and sector trends
