Purchase Ledger Coordinator

We are currently seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Coordinator to join our team at Agility Resoucing. The successful candidate will assist with a range of financial tasks, including transaction processing, reconciliation, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the processing of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with the purchase ledger team to reconcile payments and maintain financial accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Perform ad hoc duties, including filing and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel and Sage.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- High integrity and reliability in all aspects of work.
- Excellent teamwork and pressure management skills.
- A good sense of humour and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this role is around £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
