Electronics Document Manager

Ferrovial Agroman SA is seeking a skilled Electronics Document Manager to join their team in East London. This role offers a competitive salary of around £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In this role, you will work closely with the Quality Manager and Digital Construction department representative to set up the project EDMS and CDE system. You will also be responsible for managing commercial and field systems, ensuring that information is correctly managed and distributed between client systems and the project's.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and managing EDMS and CDE systems
  • Managing commercial and field systems
  • Tracking and controlling information in the project CDE and EDMS
  • Reviewing document formats and QA checks
  • Maintaining trackers and reporting to the project team

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual with substantial experience in document control duties. You should have advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF professional software. Ability to use Asite, Dalux, ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, and/or other project-required systems is essential.
