About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons Pharmacy in Brampton. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and shaping the pharmacy service, ensuring it is delivered to the highest standards and meets the needs of our customers.

Our Pharmacy Managers are responsible for:

  1. Emphasizing the importance of clinical governance and investing time in training colleagues.
  2. Developing pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and company requirements.
  3. Managing the department and individual staff competence, developing, implementing, and sharing best practice.

About You

We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team. You will have:

  1. A Pharmacy degree.
  2. Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  3. Excellent team management and communication skills.
  4. Ability to complete a DBS check prior to commencement of employment.
