Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Level 2 teaching assistant to support a child in lower KS2 who has an EHCP for global developmental delays.

About the Role: The successful candidate will join the support team in school and will contribute to the high standard of teaching and learning at Highfield. The ideal candidate will be passionate about children's learning and wellbeing, highly motivated and able to establish good working relationships with pupils and colleagues, acting as a role model.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the child with global developmental delays, including communication and cognition and learning needs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working with children diagnosed with communication delays and physical needs.
