Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical Services Manager to join our team at High Speed Two Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our top-down interface management capability, ensuring seamless integration across disciplines and contracts.

With a strong focus on technical interface management, you will work closely with our delivery organizations to drive effective integration and ensure that our systems are designed and implemented to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement our interface management framework, ensuring that it is correctly implemented and maintained across the organization.
  2. Provide training and guidance to our teams on effective interface management practices and procedures.
  3. Conduct audits to ensure that our interface management processes are being followed and that our systems are meeting the required standards.
  4. Collaborate with our supply chain partners to ensure that our interface management practices are aligned and effective.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical interface management, and implement new ideas and innovations to drive improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. A strong background in Systems Engineering Integration, with experience in leading complex projects and teams.
  2. Excellent technical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Proven experience in developing and implementing interface management frameworks and processes.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
