Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our pharmacy services, providing expert care and advice to patients. As a Clinical Pharmacist Leader, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and building the capability of store teams.

In this role, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients, conducting audits, observations, and risk assessments to ensure their safety and well-being. You will also be responsible for leading professional pharmacy services, including drug information and clinical support.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will have a strong commitment to lifelong learning, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and medication therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Registered with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC)

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
