Senior Hospital Pharmacist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. This role offers a unique opportunity to take on a leadership position and contribute to the success of our organisation.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to medication management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior pharmacists and students.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of medicines optimisation reports.
  • Assess and manage patient medication profiles.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare staff on medication-related topics.

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy degree (Master/Batchelor).
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • GPHC registration with no restrictions.
  • Postgraduate Clinical Diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • Significant specialist medical knowledge acquired through training and experience.
