About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Systems Engineer to join our team in Cheadle, UK. As a key member of our systems function, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain complex systems, ensuring they are designed, tested, and deployed efficiently. You will work closely with our team to define system requirements, design and implement solutions, and conduct thorough testing to ensure quality.

As a Professional Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex systems, ensuring they are designed, tested, and deployed efficiently.
  • Work closely with our team to define system requirements, design and implement solutions, and conduct thorough testing.
  • Develop and maintain our systems engineering processes, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry innovation.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on electronics, software development, or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements management, design, development, testing, and validation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
