About the Role

We are currently looking to recruit a number of new Casual bank positions as Mental Health Specialist Support Worker roles based at our Mental Health Rehabilitation and Recovery service in Shropshire.

The role will be based in Shrewsbury to provide recovery-focused support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Support individuals to access community resources and services

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a mental health setting
  • Knowledge of mental health recovery principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
