Job Title: Front Office Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House Hotel. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House department and ensuring operational excellence for all areas of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Front of House department and ensure operational excellence
- Lead a high-energy fun team that delivers excellent customer service
- Work duty manager shifts as and when required
- Take initiative and be reactive to situations as they arise
- Have a hands-on approach and be organised and supportive of your team
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role or Supervisor role with 23 years experience
- Strong leadership interpersonal and training skills
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to multitask work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
- A team player & builder
- A motivator & self-starter
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
About Us:
Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House Hotel is a picturesque boutique hotel that occupies three buildings two of which 19th century manor houses bursting with character. The hotel is newly refurbished with a décor based on Oxford style vintage fashion.
