Join Our Team as a Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House Hotel. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office department, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales and revenue growth.

About the Role:

  • Manage the front office team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, resulting in a positive impact on hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or supervisor position.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer contact skills.
  • Results-oriented with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in stressful and high-pressure situations.
  • A team player and builder.
  • A motivator and self-starter.
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.

Working Conditions:
