Music Department Manager – Top 50 Firm – London Opportunity

We are seeking a Music Department Manager to join our growing music division. The role will be a mix of business management, management accounting, and statutory accounting, responsible for supporting and growing the team. As a firm with B Corp certification and a high ranking in the Workplace Wellbeing index, we aim for sustainable growth by maintaining our position at the forefront of technological advancements within the accountancy world.

Our client, a Top 50 firm, is looking for a Manager with experience working on Business Management for high-net-worth individuals in the Music industry. The role will be working directly with the Partner and Senior Managers, supporting them in the management of a diverse team of creative accountants and managing an extensive portfolio of high-net-worth individuals.

Music Department Manager Responsibilities include:
  1. Work directly with high-profile artists through a team of supervisors, seniors, and trainees
  2. Business management for high-net-worth individuals in the Music industry
  3. Manage confidential client relationships
  4. Be the first point of contact for clients
  5. Work closely alongside the Partner in the Music and Entertainment department
  6. Take an active role in the overall development and progression of your team
As a Music Department Manager, you will:
  1. Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
  2. Have over 3 years' post-qualified experience
  3. Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of accounts, management accounts, and music accounts clients
  4. Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
