Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at the NHS. As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary and continuing medical care to patients in line with the GMS contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake consultations via telephone, face-to-face, or online consultations, alongside associated administrative duties.
  • Complete other associated medical administrative work during the session, e.g., handling urgent calls, telephone triage, and on-call duties on a rota basis.
  • Be available to a reasonable extent to support other healthcare professionals in the practice.
  • Participate in training and events organized by the practice/local partners.
  • Participate in an annual performance review within the practice.

Requirements:
  • Use of professional skill and knowledge to provide a high standard of primary and continuing medical care to patients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
