We are seeking a skilled Recovery Practitioner to join our team at Via Westminster Drug Project. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by drug and alcohol issues to achieve their recovery goals.
The Role
This exciting opportunity will involve working with adults who use our services in Surrey, providing one-to-one support and structured groupwork packages to help them overcome their challenges.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality drug and alcohol services to service users and their loved ones, promoting positive outcomes.
- Managing a caseload, coordinating and delivering assessments, evidence-based interventions, recovery planning, and aftercare planning.
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring adherence to Via's policies and safeguarding principles.
The Service
Via Westminster Drug Project is an integrated service delivered in partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust. Our service is an established community-based initiative that provides a range of clinical interventions, including BBV & health interventions, OST, and community detox.

Location
This role will be based at i-access, Laurel House, Farnham Rd, Guildford GU2 7LX. A willingness to cover other sites across Surrey as required is essential.
