Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Practitioner to join our team at Via Westminster Drug Project. This role will involve delivering excellent drug and alcohol services to service users and their significant others, facilitating positive outcomes.

The Role

This Recovery Practitioner position will offer support to adults who use our services in Surrey to help them achieve their recovery goals through 1:1s and structured groupwork packages. The role will involve managing a caseload, coordinating and delivering assessment and evidence-based interventions, recovery planning, and aftercare planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality drug and alcohol services to service users and their significant others.
  • Manage a caseload and coordinate interventions, recovery planning, and aftercare planning.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams.

The Service

Via Westminster Drug Project is an integrated service delivered in partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust. We provide substance misuse treatment for people aged 18 and onwards in Surrey. Our service is an established community Integrated service that is well performing and highly functioning, consisting of both clinical and psychosocial interventions.
