Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Practitioner to join our team at Via Westminster Drug Project. As a key member of our integrated service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by drug and alcohol issues to achieve their recovery goals.

The Role

This exciting opportunity will involve delivering high-quality drug and alcohol services to service users and their significant others, including family members, friends, and carers. You will manage a caseload, coordinate and deliver assessment and evidence-based interventions, recovery planning, and aftercare planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent drug and alcohol services to service users and their significant others.
  • Manage a caseload and coordinate and deliver assessment and evidence-based interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams.

The Service

Via Westminster Drug Project is an integrated service delivered in partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust. Our service is an established community Integrated service that is well performing and highly functioning, consisting of both clinical and psychosocial interventions.

Location

This role will be based at i-access, Laurel House, Farnham Rd, Guildford GU2 7LX. A willingness to cover other sites across Surrey as required.
