We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated A&E General Nurse to join our team at James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our busy A&E department. This will involve assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with NHS standards
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the continuous development of the ward and advancement in patient-centred care
- Registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Undertaken Supervisor and Assessor training
- Relevant experience in the past 12 - 18 months of looking after patients in a healthcare environment
- Broad clinical knowledge base
We offer a competitive salary of £28,407 to £34,581 per annum pro rata, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
