About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate care programs to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Ensure adherence to Trust policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills

Person Specification
  • Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Diploma/degree in nursing studies or working towards
  • Relevant experience in a healthcare environment
  • Previous NHS experience within the last 12 months
  • Broad clinical knowledge base
