## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 5 Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.

## Key Responsibilities

* Assess and implement care plans for patients, working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Ensure adherence to Trust policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

## Person Specification

* Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
* Diploma/degree in nursing studies or working towards
* Relevant experience in a healthcare environment, preferably within the last 12-18 months
* Broad clinical knowledge base and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

## Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £28,407 to £34,581 per annum, pro rata, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
