About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team in Burnham On Sea. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in leading our residential service and supporting individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and traumatic backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of Support Workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Assist the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
  • Allocate shifts, book training, and induct new colleagues.
  • Support with supervision, ordering medication, and ensuring individuals manage their finances.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
  • A Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and traumatic backgrounds.
