Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Burnham On Sea. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in leading our residential service and supporting individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and traumatic backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of Support Workers to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being.
• Collaborate with the Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
• Provide training and support to new colleagues to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
