Senior Support Worker - Burnham On Sea - £13.29 p/h

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality support to individuals
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders
* Participate in on-call rosters and provide emergency support as needed

* Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour
* Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour
