Management Accountant Opportunity

Resourcery Group is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join their team in Rhyl, North Wales. As a key member of the Management Accounts team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and support to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to stakeholders
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial planning processes are aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning processes and provide financial insights to inform decision-making
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) is preferred
  • Proven experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, and proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
