About the Role
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, following their individual care plans and promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, ensuring the highest standards of personal care.
  • Engage with residents in leisure and social activities, fostering a sense of community and promoting mental stimulation.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
