As a Care Assistant in Selly Oak, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides non-medical care and companionship services for older people. Our approach is built on trust, respect, and empathy, ensuring that our clients feel comfortable and supported in their own homes. With minimum visits of one hour, you will have ample time to build relationships and deliver personalized support.

The salary for this role is estimated at £20-25 per hour, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will enjoy flexibility in your schedule, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to ensure your success in the role.

You will play a vital role in supporting clients with daily routines, including medication administration, personal care, and social engagement.
