Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at Paul Davis Premier, one of the largest restoration companies in New England. In this role, you will be responsible for building new account relationships and growing existing ones while generating new business opportunities. This challenging yet rewarding position requires frequent travel to visit prospective clients, targeting industries such as Real Estate & Property Management, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing & Industrial Facilities, General Contractors, and Other Commercial verticals.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular business development activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and project success.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular reporting to management.
