About the Role:

As a Senior Practitioner within our Care Experienced Children’s team, you will play a key role in assessing and supporting children and families across Bridgend County Borough. You will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans to improve outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans for children and families
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver high-quality services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Degree in social work or related field
  • Post-qualifying experience as a social worker
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and valid driving license

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers an estimated annual salary of £41,000 - £46,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, hybrid working policy, and opportunities for career development and progression.
