Nursing Opportunity in Primary Care
We are recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Primary Care team at the NHS. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in Primary Care, you will be responsible for providing nursing services to patients, including treatment, screening, and advice within your professional competence. You will also help set up screening clinics, assist in the management of local schemes, and participate in ongoing practice projects such as secondary prevention of heart disease and PCQRRS.

Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced RN who possesses strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a positive attitude. Key requirements include:
  • A Nursing Degree or Registered Nurse degree apprenticeship.
  • Experience of QOF and Standards / IIF / PCQRRS.
  • Flexible approach towards patient care and recall.
  • Competent IT skills, including EMIS Software Experience.
