About The Role

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Ocean Spa's reception desk and treatment booking system. As a key member of our team, you will work to ensure a smooth and professional operation of the Spa at all times. You will follow spa protocols to book spa experiences and treatments, requiring strong administration skills. You will receive training to provide professional advice and promote available treatments, with a focus on re-booking where possible. If issues arise, you will be expected to resolve problems quickly and with empathy, ensuring guests have a positive experience and resulting in improved guest satisfaction.

Typical Working Hours

This is a permanent role, paid fortnightly, covering 35 hours per week. You will work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, with the option to live in accommodation available for those aged 18 and over who are relocating to the area.

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, with strong administration and communication skills. You should be able to work well under pressure and have a positive attitude. You will receive training for all in-house systems, and we are looking for someone with a problem-solving attitude who can provide superior service to our guests. You should also have a curious mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
