Spa Reception Team Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Reception Team Member to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth running of the Ocean Spa's reception desk and treatment booking system.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional advice and promote available treatments to guests
• Follow spa protocols to book spa experiences and treatments
• Maintain accurate records and administration
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a professional operation of the Spa
