About The Role

This role is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Ocean Spa's reception desk and treatment booking system. You will work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and professional operation of the Spa at all times. You will follow spa protocols to book spa experiences and treatments, requiring strong administration skills. You will receive training to provide professional advice and promote available treatments, focusing on re-booking where possible. If issues arise, you will be ready to resolve problems quickly and with empathy, ensuring guests have a positive experience and improving the overall guest experience.

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a customer service environment, with strong administration and communication skills, predominantly using Microsoft Office. You should demonstrate a positive attitude, even when working under pressure. Training will be given for all in-house training systems. We are looking for someone with a problem-solving attitude to provide superior service at the point of booking and enquiries. You should also have a curious mindset and not be afraid to challenge the status quo, with attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all levels.
