Job Summary
We are looking for a Commercial Recovery Driver to join our team. As a key member, you will assist customers with vehicle issues, using a full kit to resolve their problems efficiently. You will work 40 hours, four days a week, with a shift pattern from 7am to 8pm Monday to Sunday, and opportunities for overtime.
Key Responsibilities
• Holding a current Category B driving licence and NVQ Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance
• Demonstrating empathy and a desire for the correct outcome
• Utilizing up-to-date repair techniques and collaborating with the dispatch team to improve the customer claims journey
