Salary and Benefits- Competitive Pay: £13.00 per hour on weekdays, £15.00 per hour on weekends, and £17.00 per hour in the evenings.

- Mileage Compensation: 45p per mile.

- Minimum 1-Hour Visits: Ensuring quality time with clients.
- Local Shifts: Reducing travel distance, with mileage compensation.
