We support clients across the local area, including Wokingham, Woodley, Sonning, Winnersh, Shinfield, Earley, Lower Earley, and Twyford in Berkshire. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to get to know our regular clients, offering them quality time and care during one-hour visits or longer sessions.
We offer competitive hourly rates starting from £13.15 per hour for days and £15.15 per hour for evenings and weekends. Additionally, we provide holiday pay, flexible shifts close to home, and access to high-quality training and ongoing support. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and confidence in your role, providing premium hourly rates for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, company pension, and career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Motivating clients to make the most of their day, administering medication, personal care, shopping, housekeeping, meal preparation, and accompanying clients to appointments or outings. If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, or Healthcare Assistant, we encourage you to apply. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and welcome candidates from various sectors to join our team.
