We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Administrator to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a sales/customer-focused environment, leveraging your administrative and organizational skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen inbound sales enquiries to establish if they meet the membership criteria
  • Research potential new Member targets and identify appropriate contacts within these businesses through online research and cold calling
  • Assist in lead management of existing prospects
  • Monitor application progress, and chase outstanding information and documentation
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports and monitor onboarding rates for new Members
  • Represent the organization at local and national exhibitions and events
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience of working in a sales/customer-focused environment
  • Excellent administrative and organization skills, time management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently on a variety of digital platforms, including Salesforce
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Benefits:
