We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join our Private Equity (EMEA) team at The Barton Partnership.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take their first step into a career in business development or sales support, working closely with our experienced consultants to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and proven experience in sales support or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends, are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships, are also required.

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our client-facing team, including generating activity reports, maintaining databases, and coordinating client meetings. You will also play a key role in building and analyzing reports, tracking job leads, and preparing for client meetings.

Requirements:
