Medication Therapy Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Care New England Health System. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing optimal pharmaceutical care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement systems to promote desirable patient outcomes
- Monitor and manage medication regimens to ensure safe and effective treatment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide accurate and timely drug information
- Coordinate and supervise direct support personnel
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school
- Valid RI Pharmacist license
- Possession of preferred residency or 5 years of clinical experience
- Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy encouraged
Salary Range:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
