Arup is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Manager to drive the development of our skills-based communities. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of learning trends, technologies, and innovative methodologies.

Job Summary

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity based in our London office. You will be responsible for shaping the Learning strategy for our Skills Networks, evaluating and developing transformational Learning that is innovative and impactful.

The ideal candidate will have experience in change management trajectories in large matrix organisations and be able to engage effectively with global skills network Leaders, business directors, and the broader learning faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data-driven Learning solutions with a focus on applying innovative methodologies to measure success and impact.
  • Guide and manage project teams to ensure operational aspects of skills network learning are effectively handled.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop capability and build deep expertise in membership aligned to a Skills Transformation Plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of learning trends, technologies, and innovative methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Location: London office, with two days working from home.
