About the Role

As a Planning Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing innovative media plans that drive business results for our clients in the FMCG sector. You will work closely with our team to deliver seamless integration across traditional and digital media channels, ensuring maximum campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic media plans that challenge clients to think differently and position their brands as category leaders.
  • Maintain and foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and creativity.
  • Ensure seamless integration across traditional and digital media channels to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor our team's executives, providing guidance, motivation, and fostering professional growth.
  • Oversee and ensure the quality of all plans and proposals before client presentation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and leverage insights to benefit client strategies.
  • Work closely with investment teams and other departments to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in strategic media planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to challenge and persuade diplomatically.
  • Strong foundation in both traditional and digital media channels.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Proactive, and capable of leading discussions with passion.
