Advanced Program Manager

A leading company in advanced engineered solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage NPI and production programs.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in science or engineering and experience in investment casting and customer management.

- Drive program execution from development to production, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate risk assessments and implement APQP processes for new products.
- Estimated salary: £45,000pa
- AXA private healthcare (single membership)
- Pension Salary Sacrifice Scheme employee contribution 4% employer 5% (up to 10%) no cap for employee
- Plant-Based Performance Bonus Scheme up to 5% (Discretionary)
- 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (pro-rated).
