  • Manage production operations in The Shops (vocational program)
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure timely completion of services and achieve business objectives

**What You Need to Succeed:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Proven track record in Apparel/Embroidery, with certifications or equivalent experience
  • Able to pass a background check and maintain valid driver's license

**Compensation Package:

We offer an attractive compensation package including a salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.
