National Employer Engagement Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled National Employer Engagement Manager to join our team at PeoplePlus. As a key member of our national employer engagement team, you will play a crucial role in developing and growing strategic relationships with national and regional employers.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze national and regional labor market intelligence to identify emerging employment needs, business threats, and opportunities, and use this information to add value and inform conversations with employers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, understanding their social value and social impact requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Consultatively sell the breadth of PeoplePlus' portfolio, including government Skills and Restart programs, Justice programs, and commercial You Can and Learning Plus offers, to employers.
- Provide employer insights and intelligence to assist employers in understanding the benefits of recruiting from socially disadvantaged talent pools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with PeoplePlus' employer engagement strategy and goals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience working within the employability and/or recruitment sectors.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills, including the ability to actively listen to employer requirements and respond with customized solutions.
- An existing network of employers that you have worked with previously.
- Experience within a consultative sales/account management role.
