Senior Care Attendant

Crossroads Care NI is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Attendant to join their team in Northern Ireland. As a Senior Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support services to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in caring, with a minimum of six months of paid experience. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care, supporting care attendants and scheme managers, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and support services to clients in their own homes
- Support care attendants and scheme managers in the everyday running of the organization
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Full valid driving license, access to a car, and business use insurance
- Residing in the area advertised
- Minimum six months of paid caring experience
- Ability to use a smartphone, including emails and attachments
- Internet access and computer literacy
Desirable Criteria:
- One year of previous caring experience
