Senior Care Attendant

Crossroads Care NI is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Attendant to join our team in Northern Ireland. As a Senior Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support services to our clients, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support services to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.
- Conduct spot checks to ensure colleagues are working within Crossroads policies, including punctuality, dress code, and quality of care.
- Support new staff members in their role, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure a smooth transition.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients and their families, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Full valid driving license, access to a car, and business use insurance.
- Residing in the area advertised.
- 6 months of previous paid caring experience.
- Ability to use a smartphone, including emails and attachments.
- Internet access and basic computer literacy.
Desirable Criteria
One year of previous caring experience would be an advantage.
