Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Alarm Response Centre team as an ARC Controller P/T. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analysing CCTV images and alarm activations, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of all events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse CCTV images and alarm activations to identify potential security threats and take appropriate action
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate and concise information
  • Maintain accurate records of all events, including customer interactions and system activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Understanding of CCTV systems and alarm response procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role
  • Security Industry Authority (SIA) CCTV license or equivalent
